First, I ordered an arrangement that was listed on their website as being available. I was then called and asked to change it since it was apparently *not* actually available. Annoying, but I decided to trust their alternative (which was nothing like what I ordered originally). This was for mothers day so I also had mother's day selected for delivery. They delivered it the day *before* and after closing time. That means I couldn't call them to complain or fix it that evening, or the next day because they don't take calls on Sunday. No one was at home to receive the flowers until 24 hours later, which is half the reason I *scheduled* their delivery. Terribly unprofessional. If mother's day was unavailable I should have been told during the first call so I could have cancelled altogether. I have no idea how the arrangement even turned out since I didn't receive a picture, but I hope it was good because its the only thing keeping this 2 stars

10/10 definitely recommend. Service was exceptional, professional and prompt. I came in last minute with a corsage order. Not only was it done before I needed but the corsage was custom made to match my daughters dress and personal style. It was the perfect compliment to her dress and matched perfectly with her accessories. So happy with the results. Can't say enough good things!!

I highly recommend ordering your plant arrangements and floral arrangements. This is an amazing place to get your loved ones a personalized gift. High quality product and my order was precise to what I ordered . Customer service is the most friendliest that you can ask for. A must have for the holiday. Ask for Brie.

Had an amazing experience at this flower shop. The flowers were fresh, beautifully arranged, and exactly what I asked for. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall service was quick and easy. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Been using this shop sense I have moved up here 9 years ago and every time they have come through and delivered some of the best bouquets. Great service and I recommend And they did it again 2-14-2025 Beautiful bouquets for my wife and daughter. Delivered!! Staff is always kind, I have become some what of a regular so they remember me and know exactly what to put together for the two ladies in my life. Wife ALWAYS loves the bouquets, My daughter always loves the bouquets. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE WHO LIKES TO GIFT FLOWERS. THIS PLACE NEVER LETS DOWN. AND JUST KNOW BEFORE YOU DO COME HERE. THEY ARE A LITTLE MORE IN PRICE AND A LOT BETTER IN QUALITY THAN PLACES LIKE WALMART, SAMS ETC ETC BUT!!!! YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. THE BOUQUETS I USUALLY GET FROM FRANKLINS ARE ALL CUSTOM MADE TO ORDER. If your expecting to get a huge bouquet for a hundred dollars yeah come here for sure but IF YOUR LOOKING TO REALLY GET WHAT THEY ADVERTISE AND LOOKING TO SEE WHAT THIS PLACE IS MADE OF THEN I HONESTLY SUGGEST SAVING A FEW EXTRA BUCKS OR SOMETHING SO THAT WAY YOU CAN CONTACT THIS PLACE, REFERENCE AND IDEA OR TWO TO THE STAFF ON WHAT YOUR LOOKING FOR AND WHAT PRICE RANGE YOUR WORKING WITH AND
